How does giving back work?

Can I return coffee?
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and food regulations, regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for coffee products. Do not try to return/reship coffee products as it is a waste of your money because it will have to be thrown away.
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Upon receiving your items promptly notify us at info@christ.coffee if any items are damaged or incorrect. We'll replace damaged items at zero cost to you if we are notified of any mistakes within 21 days of delivery of your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled and refunded if they haven't entered the fulfillment process. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation is no longer feasible, and refunds cannot be processed.
Where can I read customer reviews?
We publish verified shopper reviews on each product page, powered by Judge.me. Browse any coffee in the shop and scroll to reviews.
What if I don’t love my coffee?
We want you thrilled with every bag. If something’s off, email us with honest feedback on what missed—we’ll make it right with a replacement when it fits our policy. Coffee is perishable, so we don’t take back any bags in the mail; replacements keep waste down and you taken care of.
How do you estimate cups per bag and per-cup price?
We use a simple brewing assumption (about 12g of coffee per 8oz cup) and your bag’s weight from Shopify. It’s a planning estimate—your grinder, ratio, and mug size will change the math a little.
