Fulfillment basics

We roast in small batches and ship through standard U.S. carriers. You receive tracking when the label is created (it can take a short time to show movement). Peak seasons can add a day or two—freshness comes first.

Addresses, loss, and damage

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wrong addresses may require a paid re-ship. If a carrier confirms a loss or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number—see /refunds for how we handle replacements.
